Ben Waters is an independent songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer from Cincinnati, Ohio.
Waters’ debut album, Autumn Soul, contains seven original songs spanning multiple genres – from soaring rock to downtempo ambient – all rooted in a signature acoustic indie pop/rock vibe that sounds like it might have come from the late ‘90s/early ‘00s (think Sixpence None the Richer) mixed with a healthy dose of ‘70s studio rock (à la Steely Dan) and acoustic singer/songwriter musings. Inspired by Ecclesiastes, the album is an exploration of meaning and purpose – a window into the existential restlessness that sits at the center of the human soul.
